I think Grand Kai in shape will murder him and go to prison sleeping for years like a true hero.

Grand Kai should be miles above. Wasn't he stated to still be stronger than Goku and Pikkon at the time of their battle? I can't remember the DBZ filler too well, but he could still take them under his wing, so...

I think that was a lie on his part. My mind is foggy on this as well, but I recall him saying that he was in no shape to train either of them. I think he neglected his training and had to stall the training for as long as he could, because he was nowhere near as powerful as Goku/Pikkon.

Logically he should be weaker than Kaioshin for sure, but we don't know by how much. All we know is that he is stronger than the four Kaio's.

He said he will train them after 100 years. There is also a fact that he could outstrip Goku in a race , as well as following SSJ Goku and Pikkon's moves , assuming that he saw Goku and Pikkon hitting the platform.

The resident GT fan!

I believe he should be very close to Kaioshin,so I think he would be a bit stronger than Kibito :)

Wasn't he in a hoverchair like Freeza when he did that?

Yes. But he should be doing it in his own speed , right?

Unless he's got ungodly disproportionate speed, the speed should be coming from his chair.

Its just a ordinary chair. What could we possibly expect from a chair.

So you think he's got ungodly speed for being weaker than Freeza?

I don't see a reason to put him lower than Frieza. How could he follow Goku and Pikkon then ?

Roshi could follow Goku and Cell.

Chapter: 402 (DBZ 208), P7.3-5
Context: after Cell blocks Goku’s attacks with a barrier
Bulma: “Wha—aat, that was so close! He was just a step away!”
Kame-sennin: “…No he wasn’t…It’s true that it looks like they’re having a good match, but…unlike Goku, Cell still has room for composure left…[ ] ...Goku can’t win…What’s more, to me it looks as if he knows that but is still fighting…I don’t know what he’s thinking…”

Kibito is barely on the level of Base Teen Gohan, while Grand Kai was not impressed untill Goku did not turned into SSJ. Any questions?:D
